Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a non contact process which utilizes a laser to cut metals with high quality and dimensionally accurate. Laser cutting materials include aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, galvanized steel, metal hollows, perforated sheets, and more. Bending
Bending is a metalworking process by which metal can be bended into various different angles. We can bend many different materials such as sheet metal, steel pipe, steel rod, wire mesh and perforated sheet.
Punching
Turret punching is a metalworking process of impressing a form on a surface by pressure or percussion with a steel punch tool. In the metal punching process, the material is removed from a piece of sheet metal by applying a great enough cutting force. The metals that can be punched are: stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, galvanised steel.

Powder coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to fuse the surface of the metal, which is then baked in a curing oven to achieve a smooth coating. Powder coating process will make your part highly resistant to wear and tear. The coating is resistant to chipping, water, fading and scratching. Welding
Welding is the process of joining metals. Where the metals are heated, melted and mixed to produce a joint with properties similar to those of the materials being joined. Mostly every material in any shape form such as sheet metal, C-Channel, rebar, angle bar, steel pipe, steel rod and others can be joined using welding. Welding is an economical and affordable process in which establishes a strong, durable and permanent joint links.

Assembly is the process to assemble and joining parts together after the fabrication to produce a product which have all the functionality, aesthetically and durability in one body.
